Delivery of your Order
All orders are sent via Royal Mail and require a signature on delivery. They can be tracked using the tracking information sent with your despatch confirmation.
UK Standard Delivery
Standard Delivery (3 – 5 working days) £5.00 UK mainland.
Standard delivery is available within the UK except where delivery lead times are otherwise indicated within the product information for individual items. All timings are subject to successful payment authorisation.
Delivery takes 3 – 5 working days. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday from 8am until 6pm. If you are not available, the carrier will try a neighbouring address or leave a calling card with the details.
The following restrictions (which may vary from time to time) apply:
- Orders confirmed by 1pm Mon–Fri will be delivered within 3 working days.
- Orders confirmed after 1pm Mon–Fri will be delivered within 4 working days.
- Orders placed after 1pm Friday will be dispatch the following Monday/Tuesday and delivered within 3 working days
- Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday/Tuesday and delivered within 3 working days
Please Note: We don’t deliver on Bank Holidays or weekends, so please bear this in mind when ordering – Bank Holiday orders will be delivered within 4 working days.
UK Express Delivery
Our Express Delivery Service costs £9.00. Express delivery is available within the UK excluding where delivery lead times are otherwise indicated within the product information for individual items.
Orders that are placed and confirmed by 12 midday will be dispatched the same day and delivered the following working day. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday from 8am until 6pm and will require a signature, so please ensure that someone will be available to sign for the order at the chosen delivery address.
The following restrictions (which may vary from time to time) apply:
- Orders confirmed by 12 midday Mon – Thur will be delivered the next working day.
- Orders placed after 12 midday Mon – Thur will be delivered within 2 working days.
- Orders confirmed by 12 midday Friday will be delivered on Monday.
- Orders placed after 12 midday Friday and over the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday and delivered on the next working day (excluding bank holidays)
Please Note: We don’t deliver on Bank Holidays, so please bear this in mind when ordering – Bank Holiday deliveries will be delivered 2 working days later.
Our Standard and Express delivery services are UK wide, however deliveries to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man, Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland will take longer.
Channel Islands & International Delivery
Standard Royal Mail (5 – 10 working days) £15.00 per order
Our International Delivery Service costs £15.00.
Orders that are placed and confirmed by 12 midday will be dispatched the same day and delivered the following working day, and will require a signature, so please ensure that someone will be available to sign for the order at the chosen delivery address.
The following restrictions (which may vary from time to time) apply:
- Orders confirmed by 12 midday Mon – Thur will be delivered between 5-10 workings days after order receipt.

We reserve the right to withdraw Channel Islands and International Delivery at any time.
We cannot be held responsible for delays in customs clearance.
Foreign Taxes & Duties
For shipments outside of UK: In most cases, any applicable customs or import duties are charged once the delivery reaches its final destination country. Customs policies and import duties vary. Any charges on a delivery made to the destination country are payable by the receiver. Please contact your local customs office for any current charges before you order.
Returns & Exchanges
You may return or exchange any unwanted items to The Rugby Company Ltd Limited within 7 days of receipt of goods. Any items must be returned at your own cost in their original condition with the original tickets and tags attached, along with the completed returns explanation note. Items will be inspected upon arrival and returned to you if they do not meet these requirements. For your protection, we recommend that any goods returned to us are sent using a tracked service and are insured for their full value. It is also recommended that you obtain proof of delivery – The Rugby Company Ltd will not accept responsibility for items that are damaged or lost in transit.
- If an item is faulty or defective in any way, you must return it within 14 days of receipt. Your item will be inspected, and we shall offer either a full refund or exchange.
- Delivery charges will be refunded in the unlikely event that your item is fault.
- If you wish to exchange an item, you will not be charged for delivery of your exchange order.
- For international returns please clearly label the parcel “Returned British merchandise, no commercial value”. If you fail to do so, we cannot be held liable for any customs charges incurred.
- We will process your request and issue a refund/exchange within 14 days of receipt of your item(s).
- If you wish to exchange your items and the new items are not in stock or are unavailable, you will be offered an alternative or a full refund.
Please note: The customer takes full liability for any parcels returned to us due to unpaid customs charges. Original delivery charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees will all be deductible from any refund due.

Refused deliveries
If a delivery is refused by the receiver and returned to The Rugby Company Ltd, any duties, taxes, postage or customs charges incurred will be deducted from the refund issued.
